Getting Started
How does the introductory call work?
We learn about your business: how your team works, where your time goes, and what matters most to you. Afterwards, we send you a summary with potential solutions and prices.
Do I need AI, or would simpler automation work for my situation?
Sometimes simpler is better. A well-built spreadsheet or basic automation might be all you need. We'll be honest about what would work best for your situation. If AI isn't necessary, we'll say so.
Do I need clean or organised data before we start?
We work with what you have. If data needs tidying, we handle that too.
What We Do
What exactly do you do?
We build automations that connect to your existing tools and software, whether that's Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, your CRM, or industry-specific systems. Examples include AI agents, chatbots, phone systems, platforms like Make and Zapier, or custom code when needed.
What does a typical project look like?
After the introductory call, we send you a summary and quote. Once you go ahead, we scope the work, build it, test it, and hand it over with documentation. Most projects take between a few days and a few weeks.
Is my project too small?
Not at all. Some of our most useful work has been a single automation that saved hours every week. We work on simple tasks and bigger projects.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Remotely, mostly. We can do video calls, screen shares, and remote setup. If you'd prefer a face-to-face meeting, we can arrange that too.
Hosting & Handover
Who owns what?
You own everything. Solutions run on your own accounts wherever possible, and you pay any platform or API costs directly. If you'd prefer us to manage that, we can host things on our side for a monthly fee. After handover, there's no lock-in. You can revoke access or switch providers anytime.
What do I receive at handover?
Depending on the solution, it might be running in your own account, accessible via a link, or embedded in your website. Either way, it's live, tested, and ready to use. You also receive detailed documentation and a live walkthrough where we answer your questions.
Can I manage things myself afterwards?
Yes. We build for independence. Everything is documented so you or your team can make adjustments. No technical skills required. If you'd prefer us to manage things afterwards, we offer that too.
Cost & Value
What does it cost?
Our hourly rate is £100, and because we use AI ourselves, most tasks take less time than you'd expect. We'll always give you a detailed quote before starting.
What's the ROI I can expect?
It depends on three things: the value of your time, the hours you save, and the project cost. For example, saving 4 hours a week at £50 an hour is £10,000 a year. If the project costs £1,000, you're buying £10,000 for £1,000. Try our ROI calculator to explore this in more detail.
How quickly will I see a return?
The industry standard says automation should be valued against a 12-month amortisation period. We target 3 to 6 months, often under 3.
Can I just set up automations myself?
Yes, you can. But we have experience building solutions that handle edge cases, changing variables, and unexpected user behaviour.
Working Together
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. Many of our clients aren't technical. We explain everything in plain English and make sure you understand everything as we go along.
How much of my time does the project take?
Very little. We handle the build. We need a few calls for input and testing, and we take care of the rest.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. We answer questions and make small amendments at no extra cost. For more regular support, we offer monthly packages with check-ins, priority responses, and updates.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We work closely with you throughout the project, so surprises are rare. If something isn't right, we'll fix it.
Trust & Security
Is my business data safe?
Yes. We only recommend tools with strong security and privacy practices, and we'll always explain exactly what data goes where. We treat your information the way we'd want ours to be treated.
What happens to my data after we finish working together?
Any data we accessed during the project stays yours. We delete our copies and never use your information for anything else. Once we're done, everything is cleared.
How do I know your recommendations aren't just upselling tools?
We have no affiliations or commissions with any tool provider. If we recommend something, it's because we genuinely think it's the best fit for you. If there is a free option that does the job, we'll say so.
Do you sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements?
Yes. We sign NDAs before starting if you need one. Your business information stays confidential either way.
Are the tools you recommend GDPR compliant?
Yes. We only recommend tools that meet UK and EU data protection standards. Compliance matters in all industries and we will be sure to adhere to all the rules and guidelines in yours.
